CUT FILES.

CLEAN PARTS.

Precision CNC routing for contractors, cabinet shops, designers, and manufacturers who need clean parts from reliable files.

Send CAD files, drawings, or cut lists. We review the details, route the parts, label the run, and can add edge banding, finishing, or assembly when needed.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

3-axis CNC routing
DXF and DWG file review
Nested sheet optimization
Panel labeling

CNC ROUTING CAPABILITIES

For shops and builders who need accurate parts without adding CNC capacity in-house.

Nested Sheet Cutting

Efficient part layouts for plywood, MDF, melamine, laminate panels, and cabinet-grade sheet goods.

Drilling & Pocketing

Shelf pins, hardware prep, grooves, pockets, dados, and repeatable production details.

File Review

DXF, DWG, PDF, and shop drawings reviewed for dimensions, tooling, material yield, and build intent.

Labeling & Kitting

Parts can be marked, grouped, packaged, and staged for cabinet shops, contractors, and installers.

ROUTING WORKFLOW

From file review to labeled parts.

01

Send Files & Specs

Share DXF, DWG, CAD files, PDFs, materials, quantities, and deadline.

02

Review & Nest

We check tool paths, material yield, grain direction, and cut sequence before routing.

03

Route & Label

Parts are cut, drilled, pocketed, and labeled for assembly or delivery.

04

Finish Options

Add edge banding, sanding, hardware prep, assembly, or packaging as needed.

SEND BETTER FILES

Good cut files save setup time and reduce mistakes. If files are rough, we can still review them and tell you what needs to be cleaned up before cutting.

COMMON QUESTIONS

What file formats do you accept for CNC routing?

DXF and DWG files are preferred. We can also review PDFs, cut lists, and shop drawings when the dimensions are clear.

Can you route one-off parts, or only production runs?

We handle one-off parts, prototypes, repeat cabinet parts, and larger production runs. The file quality, material, and setup time determine pricing.

What materials can you cut?

Common materials include plywood, MDF, melamine, laminate panels, hardwood, and many furniture-grade sheet goods. We review specialty materials before quoting.
