COMMON QUESTIONS

What file formats do you accept for CNC manufacturing?

We work with DXF, DWG, and most common CAD formats. We can also work from PDF drawings with dimensions. Our team reviews all files for manufacturability and suggests optimizations before production.

What's your minimum order quantity?

We typically start at 100 units for contract manufacturing, but we can handle prototype runs of 10-50 units to prove out design and materials before committing to full production.

Can you handle just cutting, or do you offer finishing and assembly too?

We offer à la carte services. CNC cutting only, cutting + edge banding, full finishing, or complete assembly. You choose the level of completion based on your capabilities and budget.

What tolerances do your CNC routers hold?

Standard tolerance is ±1/32" (±0.8mm). For precision work requiring tighter tolerance, we can achieve ±1/64" on critical dimensions. We verify tolerances with sample runs before full production.

How do you ensure quality across large production runs?

First article inspection, in-process checks every 50 units, and final QC before packaging. We document findings and provide inspection reports. Statistical process control keeps production consistent throughout the run.
