Retail Display Build in Los Gatos, CA

This luggage retailer handed us a blank store in Los Gatos and needed it merch-ready fast. The main scope was a continuous run of wall displays—clean, bright, and modular—so their team could start stocking product immediately.

We built and installed roughly 50 linear feet of laminate display cabinetry with open bays and integrated LED strip lighting. Keeping everything straight and consistent over a long run is where the work is: we laid out the full wall, set our heights, and worked in sections so the reveals and spacing stayed uniform from one end to the other.

Lighting was part of our scope. We installed the LED strips and routed power so the system could plug into existing outlets—no waiting on new circuits—then tested each section for even output and clean cable management before final close-out.

The finished wall gives the store a flexible merchandising setup with bright, even illumination and a durable laminate surface that holds up to daily retail traffic and frequent product resets.
